Model Answer:

A house is the only place where people return at the end of the day to have rest and pass their leisure with their near and dear ones. Therefore, it is highly important to have a perfect living condition inside the house regardless the category– if you are living in a traditional house or in an apartment building. Both the categories are suitable to live in but I prefer living on apartment blocks due to many reasons.

The first and foremost advantage of an apartment is its economic feature. The apartments are rented in soft terms and a reasonable fare; in most of the cases, you will have the apartment in low cost. Since the traditional houses are larger in size, if you want to hire those, you have to pay more than your estimated budget. The rent of an apartment is comparatively cheaper than the traditional house.

Safety is the most concerning issue now a day. In the apartment blocks, you do not need to worry about the safety of you or your family members as the staffs take care of everything but it is not seen for the traditional houses. You have to invest for your safety if you want to live in a traditional house. The location is one of the most important factors. You can have an apartment adjacent with your workplace or educational institution but having a traditional house in a suitable location is a matter of blessing. You do not need to maintain or repair the apartment as it needs to be done for the case of a traditional house. Here you have flexibility and you could make the maintenance done using apartment staffs and the bills are attached with your rent. But regarding the large houses, the maintenance is a bit troublesome and you might not have staffs or people to maintain the entire building.

The apartment buildings are made with different facilities like walking spaces; gardens before the apartment building, in some cases there are swimming pools and gymnasiums available too which are unavailable with the traditional houses. The apartments are of different size and shapes. You can pick an apartment after your convenience and budget. There are several rooms available; like, bedrooms, living rooms, attached bathrooms and spacious kitchen etc. and you can decorate them according to your desire within a low cost but the larger rooms of the traditional houses are not that much convenient comparing the apartment rooms.

Children are considered as the future of a nation. The future improvements of a nation actually depend on the children. Someday they will be the nation’s leader and the nation will move for further development under their directions and initiatives. Therefore, taking the right care for the children is a highly important issue for all of us. Many of the people do not have any clear conception to grow up their kids. They are unaware of some important fact about growing up their kids.

Most of the parents are one the view that if the kids live with them in the city, then the kids will be smarter than the kids living in the countrysides. But the idea is wrong. Living in a city always never points that the kids or children will be smarter or more educated than the country kids. The educational system is almost same everywhere in the European subcontinent. So, if you are living in a countryside of the subcontinent, certainly the kids will be able to have a better education.

Moreover, the natural environments of the country areas, which are unavailable in all of the cities across the world, are charming. They help to boost the mental and creative faculty of the children. They learn to think and with proper direction may start exercising their latent talents. The open sky, playing fields, riversides etc. are the most favorable places for them. They can spend their leisure hours on the places. Sometimes the prairie fields also turn a heaven for the kids when they meet in groups and enjoy different games and sports.

But the children in the cities do not have such options. The life in the cities is mechanic. All they have to do is following routines. As a result, the hidden talents of the children do not bloom. They cannot even think clearly over any issue. They lock themselves in a box. But on the other side, the country children are intelligent enough to use their brains and they also think differently.

So, if you want your child to be smarter and intelligent, you should allow them to grow up in the country side with the association of Mother Nature as she is the best teacher.
